Ron the Baker is a character shown in "The Brainstorm". He appeared in the Mind Combobulator cut scene, Lord Hater would've thought Rosa would've ended up with him if Hater and Peepers fought over her because one of Peepers' previous inventions didn't work, but in real life, that didn't happen.

Ron is a violet elephant-like alien with no arms. He wears a baker outfit and a red scarf.
