Planet Flendar is a planet that was introduced in "The Brainstorm", in the episode, Lord Hater and Peepers brainstormed plans of how to take over the planet. It has a large walled fort in which the king resides to protect the planet from invasion.
Following Dominator’s reign, it presumably destroyed.

The planet seems to be an absolute Monarch led by a king. It seems who ever marries the princess will become the rightful king.
