Bob is a Watchdog and part of Lord Hater's army. His name was revealed in "The Brainstorm" when he suggested to Lord Hater that Wander would hand out sandwiches.

Bob seemed a little bit timid and shy in his first appearance. Not much else is known aside from a possible affinity for sandwiches.

Lord Hater

In "The Brainstorm", while brainstorming up a plan of how to takeover Planet Flendar, Bob finishes Lord Hater's sentence with "sandwiches". Later Bob mentioned he wanted lunch, so the Watchdogs eventually got menus and ate.
